Exchange and IMAP mail servers are NOT yet restarted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>UPDATE 2:<\/strong> 16:35 US\/EDT: mail (Exchange and IMAP) and sharepoint are back.
