We are in the process of moving the e-mail services to new hardware. At this time, most users should have normal email access again.<\/p>\n<p>The storage system that holds email for NRAO users was not affected and there was minimal loss of email; some messages that were being processed at the time of the crash, however, may have been lost.<\/p>\n<p><strong>UDPATE:<\/strong> The mail service has been configured on permanent replacement hardware and has been stable for a week now.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Charlottesville e-mail server is experiencing issues with its local disks after a crash earlier today.
