Resolved: Feb 17th 2023: GB internet link and phones

The main 10G link to GB from Morgantown/WVU is currently down. This is likely due to upstream problems at Frontier. Phones are also affected at this time.
Our team of network admins are in contact with Frontier.
ETA for service return is 12.26EST
Update: I have been informed that there is a fiber cut somewhere near Charleston. Still no ETA.

RESOLVED: December 23, 2022: Outlook Web Access

The “webmail” interface for accessing Exchange-based email was disabled from Dec 23 through Jan 18. Access directly via Outlook is still available, and Unix based mail is unaffected.

UPDATE 2023-01-19: The team continues to monitor the Exchange mail service, and all services should now be back online. Note that the VPN is required for accessing via Outlook (on desktops, laptops) remotely.

We have received several reports that Outlook is prompting for a password; if you see this, click “cancel” and then in the Outlook send/receive menu, click “Enter Password”.
