The “webmail” interface for accessing Exchange-based email was disabled from Dec 23 through Jan 18. Access directly via Outlook is still available, and Unix based mail is unaffected.
UPDATE 2023-01-19: The team continues to monitor the Exchange mail service, and all services should now be back online. Note that the VPN is required for accessing via Outlook (on desktops, laptops) remotely.
We have received several reports that Outlook is prompting for a password; if you see this, click “cancel” and then in the Outlook send/receive menu, click “Enter Password”.
