RESOLVED – DSOC Internet down

The Internet connection to the DSOC in New Mexico is out as of ~6:45 AM this morning. We are escalating to the network team an NMT. We currently have no estimate for restoration. NM employees can use the CV VPN server in the meantime, as the WAN link is still up to access the DSOC.

Update: 08:20 MT – A faulty cable has been located and a replacement is being run. We are hoping to have full connectivity restored within the hour.

Update: 08:30 MT – The cable has been replaced and the physical circuit is restored. We expect routing to be restored momentarily. Most internet sites can now access DSOC services again.
