CV locations open at 10:30am, Wednesday January 17

CV offices of NRAO will operate on a 2 Hour delay Wednesday January 17.

The work day will begin at  10:30am. Please allow that time for sidewalks and parking areas to be treated.
Local conditions may vary. If you do not believe conditions to be safe you may use a vacation day.

CV NTC Power Outage – RESOLVED

Power is currently out on one of the main circuits at NTC. Dominion Power has been notified; there is no current
ETA on restoration.

IT services based at NTC, including telephones, are currently down. We will send another alert once progress in restoration has been made.

Update: 9:38 AM – Power has been restored and all IT services appear to be functioning normally. Please contact the helpdesk if you experience any issues with IT services.

Exchange email outage – RESOLVED

Exchange mail services are currently down due to a hardware issue. Services are being restored now.

Update: 10:52 – Power was accidentally interrupted to the server running Exchange. It has been restored and the filesystem is being checked for errors now. Expect to have services online in <30 mins.

Update: 11:08 – Exchange services have been restored. WE apologize for the interruption.
