Update at 18:50 US/EDT: the hepdesks are once again online.

RESOLVED – CV Lustre Filesystem down

Due to severe kernel issues, the CV Lustre (/lustre/cv/) filesystem is currently unavailable. The vendor has been contacted, and staff are working hard to restore the system. We do not have an Estimated Time to Recovery (ETR).

UPDATE: The filesystem has been restored.

RESOLVED – Green Bank Network Down

We are aware that the network to/from the Green Bank Observatory is currently down (as of 2021-05-21 10:39 US/EDT). We do not have an ETR at this point.

Update: This outage is also affecting the FastX service at all sites.
Update (12:40): The network providers are investigating the outage but there is no Estimated Time to Restore at this time.

Update (16:46 EDT): the network seems to be back, though we have not received verification from the telco. Proceed with caution.
