Exchange offline for maintenance – RESOLVED

The Exchange email system is currently offline for scheduled maintenance. The back-end storage is being migrated to newer, faster hardware. We expect Exchange to be back online by 9PM EDT.

UPDATE: 8:04 EDT – Exchange email services are back online again. Outlook Web Access is still experiencing some issues but we expect to resolve those in the next 20 minutes.

CV Login/SSH server outage – RESOLVED

The CV login/ssh server (‘polaris’) was briefly unavailable this evening due to a network misconfiguration. Services are now available again.

Exchange Mail Server Maintenance – RESOLVED

The Exchange Server maintenance is now complete. All Exchange services should be available. For any technical issues, please submit a helpdesk ticket at https://support.nrao.edu.
